Payment and shipping

The shipment of goods is standardly possible only to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be carried out via DHL or Deutsche Post. The applicable shipping costs can be found in the table provided below.

The amounts are understood as a proportional flat rate covering actual packaging and postage costs. Any differences will be covered by us.

All orders within Germany over 50 euros are shipped free of charge.
For shipping within Germany, we charge a flat rate of EUR 5.50 per order.

It is entirely possible that we process shipments on weekends or holidays and provide you with a shipping confirmation. Please note that these packages will be handed over to the shipping company on the next working day.

When indicating the delivery time, please consider the various holidays in different states.

Information on calculating the delivery date: The delivery period starts the day after payment by bank transfer, or for other payment methods, the day after the conclusion of the contract. It ends on the last day of the deadline. If the last day of the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday recognized at the place of delivery, the next working day takes its place.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise, which are beyond our control and must be borne by you. This may include costs for money transfer by financial institutions (e.g., transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g., customs duties).
